Description

Anchor rod refers to a slender rod that penetrates deep into the interior of rock and soil and controls its deformation. It can include components such as pads and nuts. As a tensile component that penetrates into the ground, the anchor rod is connected to the engineering structure at one end and penetrates into the ground at the other end. The entire anchor rod is divided into a free section and an anchoring section. The free section refers to the transmission of tension at the anchor head to the anchor solid area, and its function is to apply pre-stress to the anchor rod; The anchoring section refers to the area where the cement slurry binds the prestressed reinforcement to the soil layer. Its function is to increase the bonding friction between the anchor solid and the soil layer, increase the pressure bearing effect of the anchor solid, and transmit the tensile force of the free section to the deep soil layer. The anchor body is a grouting pipe, which can not only anchor the rod body after grouting, but also partially infiltrate the cracks of the anchor hole when the grouting pressure is high, playing a role in strengthening the surrounding rock.

This includes either replacing the faulty component or conducting necessary repairs to restore the product to its intended functionality. Our aim is to minimize any inconvenience caused to our customers and ensure their satisfaction.
5.    It is important to note that the warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper use, mishandling, or normal wear and tear. Additionally, if any modifications or repairs are carried out by unauthorized personnel during the warranty period, the warranty may become void.
